What your Modules do

Last updated

A Module is a program that carries out tasks on your behalf without you needing to be involved in each step. Each Module specializes in one area of your business.

Types of Modules

  • Marketing Module: drafts social posts and email campaigns for you to review and publish — it doesn't post to social platforms on its own yet.
  • Sales Module: drafts a follow-up the moment a new lead comes in, sends personalized outreach, qualifies prospects, books meetings, and keeps your CRM up to date.
  • Operations Module: builds reports, processes data, tracks invoices, manages reminders, and handles repetitive admin work.
  • Support Module: triages incoming customer questions by urgency, drafts a first reply for your approval, and escalates anything that needs a person.
  • Personal Module: manages your calendar, triages your inbox, sends reminders, drafts messages, and gives you a daily briefing.

You get what you need

Which Modules you have depends on your business and your answers during onboarding. Not everyone needs every Module.

Module status

The Modules page in your dashboard shows every Module you have and what each one is currently working on. The status badge tells you whether a Module is ready:

  • Configuring or Training — the Module is still being set up and cannot take work yet. This usually clears within a couple of minutes of onboarding finishing.
  • Active — the Module is available. You get a notification the moment one flips over.

Adding or removing a Module

Module configuration is handled by your Raileon team. Send us a request from your dashboard and we will sort it.

How Modules do their work

Modules use the documents you share and the tools you connect. For example, a sales Module that is connected to your email and CRM can follow up with a lead, log the conversation, and book a meeting, all on its own. The more context and connections you give a Module, the more it can take off your plate.
