What monthly care includes

  • Monitoring. We watch your Modules and connections and fix problems as they come up.
  • Updates. When a tool, an API or a model changes, we update your systems so they keep working.
  • Improvements. We review results with you and adjust instructions, approval rules and reports.
  • Security and backups. Your data is kept separate, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.
  • One team that knows your systems. You don't need to hire for it, and nobody has to relearn your setup.

Monthly care starts from $1,999 a month, for managing the systems you have in place. New builds and upgrades are quoted separately in a written proposal, with any setup fee and the monthly plan, plus AI usage at the agreed rates.

Yes. Either side can end the service on 30 days' written notice, with no penalty or exit fee, as set out in your service agreement. Details are on our Cancellation & Refunds page.

Every client's data is kept separate, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and never used by us or our AI provider to train AI models. Our security page lists what we do and what we don't have yet.

No. Your Raileon team does the technical work. You tell us how your business runs, and by default you approve anything a client will see.
