Connecting Slack lets your agents post messages and updates to the channels you choose. Use it for alerts, daily briefings, and team updates without leaving Slack.

Reading mentions and replying to messages in Slack are not available yet.
Before you start
Raileon connects to Slack through your own Slack app, so your credentials stay yours. You'll need:
- Access to Slack's app management console to create a free app (one time, a few minutes).
- Permission to install an app in the Slack workspace you want to connect — if your workspace restricts app installs, you may need an administrator to approve it.
Connect Slack
Open Integrations
In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar and select Connect on the Slack card.
Create your own Slack app
In Slack's app management console, create an app and add the redirect URI Raileon shows you to its OAuth settings.
Paste your app credentials
Copy your Slack app's Client ID and Client secret into Raileon and save.
Choose your workspace and approve
Pick the Slack workspace to connect, review the access requested, and approve it.
Confirm it is connected
You return to Raileon and the Slack card shows Connected.
Disconnect Slack
Open Integrations, find the Slack card, and select Disconnect. You can also remove the app from your Slack workspace settings.
