Your data is yours. Here is exactly how it is protected.

Private workspace

Your workspace runs in its own isolated environment. Your data is kept separate from other customers, with no shared database. Nobody else can see your information.

Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connection credentials and access tokens are encrypted and stored with restricted access, and we never see them in plain text.

No training on your data

This one matters: your business data is never used to train public AI models. Your documents, emails, customer lists, and conversations stay in your private workspace and are used only to operate your agents.

Access controls

Only authorized Raileon team members can access your workspace, and only when it is needed to provide support or resolve an issue. Access is logged.

Daily backups

Your workspace is backed up automatically every day, with backups stored separately. This protects your data against accidental loss.

You can take your data with you

If you ever cancel, you can request a full export of your data in a standard, machine-readable format. After the retention window, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
