How onboarding works

Getting started takes three steps. From sign-up to your agents going live, the whole process usually takes about 48 hours.

Step 1: Tell us about your business

After you sign up, you complete a short onboarding questionnaire. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes and covers your business model, your daily workflows, the tools you use, your biggest bottlenecks, and your goals.

You can take your time

Your progress saves automatically, so you can step away and finish later. You do not need to answer every question. Skip anything you are unsure about, and your agents will learn the rest over time.

Step 2: We build your workspace

Based on your answers, our team sets up your private workspace. This includes provisioning your own secure environment, connecting the tools you use, such as email, calendar, and CRM, and deploying agents that fit your business.

This usually takes 24 to 48 hours. You will get a notification when your workspace is ready.

Step 3: Your agents go to work

Once your workspace is live, your agents begin running immediately. Sign in to your dashboard to watch what they do in real time: emails sent, posts scheduled, leads followed up, and reports generated. Every action is logged and visible.

Give your agents a head start

During onboarding you can upload company documents such as brand guidelines, standard procedures, templates, and customer lists. The more your agents know about your business, the better they perform.
