Connect Adobe Acrobat Sign

Last updated

Connecting Adobe Acrobat Sign lets your Modules send your saved templates out for signature, check where an agreement stands, and nudge people who have not signed yet.

What your Modules can do

  • List your agreements and show whether each one is out for signature, signed, cancelled or expired.
  • Show who still has to sign a given agreement.
  • List your saved templates.
  • Send a saved template to one person to sign.
  • Send a reminder to the people who have not signed.

Sending a document for signature asks someone to sign something that can bind them, so Raileon always holds it for your approval. Reminders are held too, unless you have turned approvals off.

Before you start

You need to be an administrator on your Acrobat Sign account, and at least one template saved in its library to send. Raileon finds your account's Acrobat Sign address on its own, so you do not enter one.

Connect Adobe Acrobat Sign

  1. Open Apps

In your dashboard, go to Apps in the left sidebar and select Connect on the Adobe Acrobat Sign card.

  2. Create an integration key

In Acrobat Sign, open Account, then Acrobat Sign API, then API Information, then Integration Key. Create a key that can read, write and send agreements, and copy it.

  3. Paste the key and test

Paste the key into Raileon and select Test connection. Raileon checks that Acrobat Sign accepts it before saving.

  4. Confirm it is connected

The Adobe Acrobat Sign card shows Connected.

Disconnect Adobe Acrobat Sign

Open Apps, find the Adobe Acrobat Sign card, and select Disconnect. You can also revoke the integration key in Acrobat Sign to cut off access right away.
