Connect HubSpot

Connecting HubSpot lets your agents read and update contacts and deals in your CRM. This keeps your pipeline current as your agents follow up with leads and log activity.

What your agents can do

  • Read contacts and deals to understand where each relationship stands.
  • Create and update contact records as new leads come in.
  • Move deals forward and keep notes in sync with your outreach.

Before you start

  • Have access to the HubSpot account you want to connect.
  • If your HubSpot account restricts app connections, you may need an administrator to approve it.

Connect HubSpot

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar.

Click Connect on HubSpot

Find the HubSpot card and select Connect.

Sign in and choose your account

Sign in to HubSpot, choose the account to connect, review the access requested, and approve it.

Confirm it is connected

You return to Raileon and the HubSpot card shows Connected.

Disconnect HubSpot

Open Integrations, find the HubSpot card, and select Disconnect. You can also remove the connection from your HubSpot account settings.
