Tour of your dashboard

Your dashboard is mission control. It is the one place to see everything your agents are doing and to direct their work.

What you will see

  • Overview: your landing page, with key metrics and a snapshot of recent activity.
  • Activity feed: a running log of every action your agents take, such as emails sent, posts scheduled, leads contacted, and reports generated.
  • Agent status: which agents are active and what each one is working on.
  • Assistant chat: a place to talk to your AI in plain language. Ask questions, give instructions, and request updates.

Getting around

Your sidebar links to the main areas of your workspace:

  • Overview: metrics and recent activity at a glance.
  • Agents: a detailed view of each agent, its logs, and its settings.
  • Activity: the full, searchable history of what your agents have done.
  • Assistant chat: give instructions and ask questions in plain language.
  • Knowledge base: upload documents and files that train your agents.
  • Integrations: connect and manage the apps your agents use.
  • Reports: weekly and monthly performance summaries.
  • Usage: how much of your plan you have used.
  • Billing: your plan, invoices, and payment details.
  • Support: reach the Raileon team for help.
  • Settings: account, team, and workspace preferences.

Your layout can be tailored

The dashboard can be customized, so your sidebar may show a different set of sections depending on how your workspace is set up. The names above cover the most common ones.
