Connect DocuSign

Last updated

Connecting DocuSign lets your agents send documents out for electronic signature. This is useful for agreements, proposals, and any paperwork that needs a signature.

What your agents can do

  • Draft a document and send it to someone for signature, given the text, the signer's email and name, and an email message.

Tracking signature status and following up on a pending signature are not available yet — check status in DocuSign directly.

Before you start

Raileon connects to DocuSign through your own DocuSign app, so your credentials stay yours. You'll need:

  • A DocuSign developer account to create a free integration key (one time, a few minutes).
  • The DocuSign account you want your agents to use.

Connect DocuSign

1

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left sidebar and select Connect on the DocuSign card.

2

Create your own DocuSign integration

In your DocuSign developer account, create an integration key and add the redirect URI Raileon shows you.

3

Paste your app credentials

Copy your app's Integration key and Secret key into Raileon and save.

4

Sign in to DocuSign and approve

Sign in to your DocuSign account, review the access requested, and approve it.

5

Confirm it is connected

You return to Raileon and the DocuSign card shows Connected.

Disconnect DocuSign

Open Integrations, find the DocuSign card, and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately.
