Tell us your Instagram and Facebook accounts
Last updated
Your agents can draft Instagram posts in your voice. Meta requires an app review before any tool can publish for you, so nothing is posted automatically: each draft waits in your Approvals for you to review and publish by hand. Direct publishing comes after Meta approves it.
Send us your handles
Open Add note on this task in your dashboard and type your Instagram handle and Facebook Page name. Facebook posting isn't available yet; we keep your Page name for when it is. There is nothing to connect in your dashboard, and you never need to share a password.
Review drafts in Approvals
Once your Raileon team has switched drafting on, each post appears in the Approvals menu (the shield icon at the top of your dashboard) with its caption.
Approve, then publish it yourself
Select Approve draft, copy the caption, and paste it into Instagram. Approving records the draft; it does not publish anything.
Why drafts only?
Meta reviews any app before it can publish to Instagram or Facebook automatically. Until that review completes, your agents prepare drafts and you publish them yourself.
