How your agents learn
Your agents are not static. They get better over time through four layers of learning.
1. Onboarding data
Everything you share in the intake questionnaire goes into your private knowledge base. This is your agents' starting point: your industry, your workflows, your tools, and your goals.
2. Documents you upload
Brand guidelines, email templates, standard procedures, customer lists, and product details all get added to the knowledge base. Your agents reference these before they act, so their output matches how your business actually works.
3. Active learning
Starting in your second week, your assistant occasionally asks you questions to fill gaps in its understanding. It might ask for an example email or how you prefer to handle a specific situation. You can answer with a short note or by uploading a file. These questions are limited so you are never overwhelmed.
4. Passive learning
Over time, your agents learn from patterns: which emails get the best response, which posts perform well, which leads convert, and what you edit or reject. The longer the system runs, the sharper it gets.
It compounds
The fastest way to improve your agents is to upload good examples and to give quick feedback in the first few weeks. That early input pays off for months.
